Economic EPS Shredder for Making Peanuts -- Model FS180
How EPS Foam Shredder Works
Hasswell Manufactures small EPS shredders using a simple but efficient mechanism. The operator of the machine puts the used EPS blocks into the hopper. The knives inside the machine will crush the EPS foam blocks into smaller flakes of sizes 20mm to 40mm (1" to 2"). The flakes can be used in replacement of peanuts as cushion material for packing fragile products. The volume of the foam boxes can be also reduced by three to one.Electric components of this machine are CE or/and UL approved. The machine is made in China and the price of this small EPS shredder is less then 4,500 US dollars.
